One of the core cuisines of Singapore, join us in a fun session learning about chinese cuisine and culture.
In the morning, learn to make Fried Sauce Noodle (炸醬面), a classic Northen China dish, and Spring Roll (春卷), a popular dish not only in China, but also in Southeast Asia. For dessert, we will make a refreshing Osmanthus Jelly to complete our course.
In the afternoon, we will focus on making life-like dim sum clay art, coupled with watercolour painting to achieve a beautiful canvas artwork!
