B. ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

B1. Order Changes

Please contact us if you would like to add, remove or make changes to the items from your order. You can simply reply to the email notification sent to you so that we can assess the order details readily.

For changes >72hrs (3 days) from the appointed class date – You can change to another class within 1 month from the requested date of change. In the event the requested change is to one of a higher value, a top up will be required. Once confirmed, the new class cannot be changed again, but can be transferred to another child if the original child is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

For changes <72hrs (3 days) from the appointed class date – We seek your understanding that only 70% of the class fee can be returned in the form of credits to be used in another class, as resources and ingredients are already committed in preparation for the class.

B2. Order Cancellations and Refunds

We really hate to see you missing out on our fun-filled classes! But we do understand sometimes unforseen circumstances may arise. A full cash refund can be processed if we are informed 14 days before the scheduled class. Otherwise, you can choose to attend another class within 1 month from the requested date of change, as per our Order Changes >72hrs T&Cs listed above.

For event bookings (eg. birthday parties, private baking session), cancellation within 14 days of event date will result in a full forfeit of the deposit sum. We seek your understanding that as we have blocked off our classes for your event, we are unable to waive off this charge due to the loss of income from the event booking.
