JAPANESE CUISINE WORKSHOP (9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.):

Skills Covered:

  • Learn to handle meat and knife safely
  • Learn to cook teriyaki chicken from scratch
  • Learn how to prepare and cook rice
  • Learn to cook ramen egg
  • Learn to make pancake batter from scratch & cook pancake
  • Learn to make an easy chocolate cream filling

 Bring home:

  • 1 portion Teriyaki chicken don with ramen egg
  • 2 pancakes

Lunch (12.30 p.m. – 2.00 p.m.)
* only applicable for participants who signed up the full day session. Little Cookhouse will provide minding service for the child. Lunch will be the meals they’ve prepared in the morning cuisine workshop

SUSHI ART WORKSHOP (2.00 – 5.00 p.m.)

Skills Covered:

  • Learn watercolour basics on layering wash over dry wash, allowing pigments to mix wet into wet, and mixing hues on the palette.
  • Learn to work with light clay, techniques on shaping and moulding, and applying colour

Bring home:

  • 1 x A4 size framed watercolour painting with light clay art
