Ang Ku Kueh Workshop

Discover the joy of making one of Singapore’s most beloved traditional treats! In this hands-on workshop, little chefs will learn how to create colourful Ang Ku Kueh (Red Tortoise Cakes) from scratch while discovering the meaning behind this iconic local delicacy, often enjoyed during celebrations and special occasions.
Children will prepare the soft, chewy dough, fill it with two delicious traditional fillings, and press each kueh using a classic mould to create its beautiful tortoise shell design. It’s a wonderful way to introduce young bakers to Singapore’s rich food heritage while having fun in the kitchen!
Every Ang Ku Kueh is lovingly handmade, making each one a delicious little treasure to share with family.
P.S. Which filling will be your favourite—nutty peanut or smooth mung bean?
