Tiger Pineapple Tarts Baking Kit

Pineapple tarts are a traditional Chinese New Year treat! Get in the mood with these homemade pineapple tarts, shaped like tigers!

The tarts are the perfect way to start off the year because they’re a symbol of fresh beginnings.
The pineapple filling is 100% home-cooked from scratch, with fresh pineapples. No added artificial flavours or preservatives. The sugar is also reduced for a healthier festive treat!

Each kit makes 16 Tiger Pineapple tarts. 

Included in the take home baking kit:

• 3 coloured tart dough (original, orange and black)
• Home-cooked pineapple filling
• Charcoal powder
• Brush
• Baking paper
• Cupcake liners
• Pictorial and video instructions

Required from home:

• Water
• Spoon, small plate, baking tray, oven

Each kit is packed-to-order and needs to be refrigerated. We recommend a use-by-date of 3 days (from date of collection/delivery) to ensure maximum freshness. Once the pineapple tarts are baked, it can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks as no preservatives are added.
Self-collection by appointment only at Little Cookhouse (87 Dawson Road). One-time same day delivery available ($15) for multiple sets to a single location. Kit will be packed in cooler bag with icepacks to keep items cool.

The dates for self collection and same day deliveries are:

• 14 Jan 2022 (Fri)
• 28 Jan 2022 (Fri)

All self-collection and deliveries timing is set between 2-5pm, unless other arrangements have been communicated and agreed.

Orders will close 2 days before the collection date for us to prepare the required ingredients.
