Learn to cook 2 of Singapore’s favourite dishes – Chicken Rice and Pandan Chiffon Cake!

Considered one of Singapore’s national dishes, Chicken Rice is made of tender poached chicken sliced into bite-sized pieces, complemented with 3 critical ingredients – fragrant and tasty rice cooked with chicken broth, accompanied by dark soya sauce, garlic-chilli and ginger dips. 

Crowned as Singapore’s national cake by CNN, this is probably THE must try cake in Singapore. This ring of green and fluffy goodness is perfect with a cup of Milo (Singapore’s version of hot chocolate), tea or coffee.
