Korean Glass Noodles, also known as Japchae, is a savory and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine. Once a royal dish, japchae is now one of the most popular traditional celebration dishes, often served on special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays and holidays! To prepare this dish, the children will learn to cook the glass noodles, prepare, season and cook the assorted vegetables, meat, and mushrooms. Accompanying the dish will be finger licking good Korean style fried chicken wings. Completing our 3 course meal will be the French Lemon Madeleine, which are small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape.
