Lesson Details

BRITISH CUISINE WORKSHOP (9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.):

Skills Covered:

  • Learn to make Victoria sponge cupcake from scratch
  • Learn to assemble berries trifle cups
  • Learn to dust, dip and coat fish fillets
  • Learn to make French fries from scratch
  • Learn to use knife safely
  • Learn to make a simple salad

 Bring home:

  • 1 portion fish and chips
  • 1 portion apple & raisin salad
  • 1 x mixed berries trifle (mason jar included) & 1 x mini berries trifle

Lunch (12.30 p.m. – 2.00 p.m.)
* only applicable for participants who signed up the full day session. Little Cookhouse will provide minding service for the child. Lunch will be the meals they’ve prepared in the morning cuisine workshop

MAGNIFYING GLASS COOKIES WORKSHOP (2.00 – 5.00 p.m.)

Skills Covered:

  • Make sugar cookie dough from scratch
  • Shape cookies to resemble magnifying glass
  • Decorate cookies with chocolate

Bring home:

  • 6-8 pieces magnifying glass cookies
